Vendor Application

Would you like to be a vendor at our swap meets?

First, read and get familiar with our criteria.

 We are looking for brands/businesses that fall into any of the below categories:

• Use sustainable products or is a sustainable product.

• Fair-trade.

• Uses recycled/upcycled products or is a recycled/upcycled product.

• Be a  sustainable hand-made product or a handmade product from sustainable material.

• Body products should be made of natural ingredients (organic) and TOXIN FREE.

• Plastic-free.

• At its end of life: the product can be recycled or turned into compost.

A list of vendors we accept

• Food vendors (sweet, savoury, meat, vegan and vegetarian).

• Bakeries.

• Organic body and hair businesses.

• Sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives.

• Natural remedies/solutions.

• Eco/Sustainable home goods.

• Artists that want to display their art.

• Crystal and Apothecary shops.

• Jewellery shops.

• Drinks (fresh juices, smoothies, health shots etc)

All announcements for applications will be made after the official announcement of the upcoming swap.

NOTE: 

• We do not accept thrift stores or clothing brands (solely because 25SW4P is a space that provides people with an opportunity to get 'new' clothes without having to buy them), but we will always support thrifting and local brands.

• *Alcohol vendors will be required to provide a valid liquor license.

• Strictly no corporate merch.

• STRICTLY No plastic allowed.

• The vending opportunity and applications are only valid per swap meet. If you wish to vend at multiple swap meets, a new application must be made each time.

• If we get applications from businesses (that match our requirements) with the same product/service, it will be treated as a first-come, first-served situation.
